Safety Team 1 exists to provide practical, Biblical, and field-tested resources to help churches develop effective safety and security team ministries. Through articles, training videos, books, material resources, and real-world experience, our mission is to help churches stand watch faithfully while continuing to fulfill the Great Commission in troubling times.

Safety Team 1 strives to provide: Knowledge, Experience, Training, Resources, and Networking to sister churches and safety teams. Read below for clarification.
- KNOWLEDGE
Provide church safety teams with the information they need to recruit, organize, equip, train, and sustain effective ministries. Through articles, briefings, lessons learned, and practical guidance, we seek to give teams the foreknowledge necessary to identify challenges before they become crises.
- EXPERIENCE
Share real-world incidents, case studies, and lessons learned from events occurring in churches and communities across the nation and around the world. By learning from the experiences of others, safety teams can prepare today for the situations they may face tomorrow.
- TRAINING
Develop and provide practical training resources including videos, tabletop scenarios, drills, discussion guides, and instructional materials that churches can adapt to their own unique ministries. Preparation builds confidence, competence, and readiness.
- RESOURCES
Offer books, articles, templates, checklists, and other tools that strengthen both the individual team member and the overall safety ministry. Resources should be practical, accessible, and immediately useful in the local church.
- NETWORK
Build a fellowship of like-minded churches and safety teams committed to sharing information, encouraging one another, and supporting each other in times of crisis. Our vision is a trusted network of faithful watchmen extending throughout the nation and, ultimately, around the world.
